I paid for the highest service price they offered of $14.99 thinking I was going to get a good car wash. It included wash plus rim cleaning, tire shine ect. But no vacuum. If I wanted my car vacuum I had to do it my self for $1.50 for 5 minutes
I went there and lost 11 bucks the carwash took my $ and didnt work. Theres no phone number for this place or anyone working there. I want my $ back
I gave the guys $5 tip and I left the car wash thinking my car was looking nice and clean because I never had any issues at any other car wash. But boy was I wrong. When I go out the car I was surprised to see my car still looked dirty and there was no cleaning to my rims. I was upset so I decided to go back to let them know they didn't do a good job. So I get there and the worker said to me in a very disrespectful tone of voice "I just work here and we are not supposed to dry your rims so I can give you another wash this time but I'm going to let you know that you don't need to return to this car wash if you don't like it."I was livid.... but I had to control my self not to say anything back because all I wanted was for my car to look clean it's wanted what I paid for. I just said okay and rolled my window up. He was extremely rude and did not care if they lost my business. There's no way I will ever go back to that car wash. Extremely disappointed.
