All questions were answered in pleasant conversation and all pricing was clearly explained with no sense of pressure for items or services that were unneeded or unwanted. Mr. Ullrich made it comfortable to get things taken care of during an uncomfortable time.
The funeral director Steve Ullrich was instrumental with his guidance and suggestions in making my husband's "Celebration of Life" a truly lovely tribute! He helped me create an upbeat evening in an innovative fashion and many of my friends enjoyed this evening of happy memories. The custom tailored slideshow and music that rolled throughout the evening was wonderful. He took care of every single detail and it was perfect. The online memorial that he custom built for us will be an eternal treasure.Steve's lovely assistant Jessica is a terrific asset as well! I very highly recommend J Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel. THROUGH THE EXCELLENT SERVICES OF J ALLEN HOOPER FUNERAL CHAPEL MY HUSBAND HAD THE MOST BEAUTIFUL OUTSTANDING VIEWING & BURIAL SERVICES EVER. MANY OF THOSE WHO ATTENDED THE SERVICES HAD THE SAME SENTIMENTS AND SAID THEY PLANNED TO USE THEIR SERVICES ALSO. THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT VETERANS' PLAN THAT OFFERS MANY ADDED SERVICES. THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND EMPLOYEES I MET WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND VERY THOUGHTFUL. MY HUSBANDS WISH WAS THAT WHEN GOD CALLED HIM HE WOULD HAVE A FULL MILITARY FUNERAL, AND WITH J ALLEN HOOPER FUNERAL HOME I WAS ABLE TO FULFILL HIS WISHES.
