if I could post 1 star I would! I bought an order of 16 boneless wings & the lady working the counter was extremely rude and argued with me saying blue cheese doesn’t come with the wings on wednesday’s, when it said it right there on the board , after pointing it out she just gave attitude & gave me the dip. The store & behind the counter & what I could see of the kitchen did not look well cleaned at all. My order came out suspiciously fast and after returning home I probably took about 3 bites before I realized these wings were hardly cooked all the way through and inedible! I will not be returning.
This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST! $AVE your money and time and go elsewhere. I went here this past Friday 12/22/17 to buy a stuffed crust pie for a family gathering. I called in my order for pick-up 20 minutes prior. I arrive, and there's no customers there so I thought it would be ready, only to find out my order was just placed AFTER I told them I was here for pick-up. Then it took an additional 20 minutes for waiting, which I was informed it would be 15 minutes. The stuffed crust pizza was TERRIBLE..as in overcooked and dry! Good thing I've had top of the line Pizza Hut from other locations and this was not my first experience. Corporate needs to come down/up to address these concerns as it literally puts a bad taste in their name. I was not impressed by anything. Customers service was unprofessional. The phone ring off the hook and there were employees there doing nothing as in siting down idle. There was dirty smudges on their glass. They have a fish tank as a PET at the front, that barely moves. This place needs to get closed down, new management or some serious training. I will eat a salad from McDonalds before indulging at this location again.
Horrible customer service and don't try to order delivery. The don't have drivers. They will take your order for delivery though then call and tell you. The supposed general manager doesn't wear a uniform, hat or hair net. Goes from touching money to making food. She is nasty and has a horrible attitude!!
I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then when I picked the pizza up , Blonde woman was rude and short. The plain pizza had pieces of ham in it and it was very very dry and burned. This place is disgusting.
Ordered my pizza and left out for 10 minutes. Came back and the girl that took my order was outside hanging out with other coworkers. She seen me coming and ran back in to start making my order.
